Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Equipment Rental Agreement
By renting equipment from ASPROMALLIS LIFTS, you agree to use the equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations. The equipment must be operated by qualified personnel only.
2. Rental Period & Charges
The rental period begins from the agreed start date and continues until the equipment is returned. Daily rates apply as specified in your quotation. Late returns may incur additional charges at the standard daily rate.
3. Delivery & Collection
Transfer costs are calculated based on the delivery distance from our facility in Agia Varvara. The base transfer cost is 120 euros for distances up to 20km, with an additional 5 euros per kilometer thereafter. Both delivery and collection are included in the transfer cost.
4. Equipment Condition & Inspection
All equipment is delivered in good working condition. The customer is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately. The equipment must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
5. Damage & Loss
The customer is responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at market rates. We strongly recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
6. Safety & Operation
All operators must hold valid certifications for the specific equipment type. Safety equipment must be worn at all times. The customer must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and site-specific requirements.
7. Operator Service
If you opt for professional operator service, our certified operator will manage the equipment operation. Operator rates will be included in your personalized quotation.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of rental services.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the first day's rental cost.
10. Liability & Insurance
ASPROMALLIS LIFTS is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of rented equipment. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ASPROMALLIS LIFTS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from equipment use.
